Eggs Benedict De Pandesal

For some reasons, I woke up this morning with the idea to make Eggs Benedict for breakfast. I had all the ingredients except for the English muffins that is why I used the locally available pandesal. Hollandaise sauce was easy to prepare. The real challenge was poaching the egg.

So here it is.. My Eggs Benedict De Pandesal ala Doc Marky.
